Nutly ("the App") respects your privacy and is designed with a local-first architecture. Most information created within the App remains stored on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Nutly does not require user registration, account creation, or login.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:

Nutly may request access to certain device features in order to provide and support application functionality. All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.
Camera access may be requested to enable features that allow users to create, capture, or manage content within the App.
Photo Library access may be requested to enable users to select, import, save, or manage content using their device media library.
Microphone access may be requested to support audio-related features available within the App.
Notification permission may be requested to support app-related alerts, reminders, updates, or other user-facing functionality. Users may disable notifications at any time through iOS Settings.
The App may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt when required by the operating system. The current version of Nutly does not include third-party advertising networks and does not use permission status for advertising purposes.
Nutly offers optional consumable point packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
When you choose to export or share a nutrition card, the action is initiated entirely by you through iOS sharing features. Nutly does not automatically distribute or upload your content.
Data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Deleting the App may permanently remove locally stored content.
Nutly is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Nutrition values displayed by Nutly are estimates based on information entered by users. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making health-related decisions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the App or associated service pages.
